On October 12, 13, and 14, YouLead participated in INBOUND 2021, an annual event organized by HubSpot and one of the world’s largest marketing conferences.
This conference, which has been held for over 10 years, attracts thousands of participants worldwide and, since last year due to the pandemic, has been a fully online experience.
Over the course of these three days, we had the opportunity to attend dozens of sessions led by speakers from companies such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, Shopify, Amazon Web Services, Vidyard, Zapier, and many others.
INBOUND 2021 is also an exciting time when HubSpot unveils the platform’s latest updates. Join us to find out what they are!
HubSpot has developed a native payment tool within the platform to meet the growing needs of e-commerce businesses (or any business looking to improve the customer experience by enabling online purchases).
This feature will allow you to include payment links in emails, quotes, website pages, or live chats. This way, businesses will be able to sell their products and services more easily, without having to redirect customers to external payment systems, thereby reducing friction at such a crucial moment in the customer’s buying journey.
HubSpot Payments is still in beta and, for now, only available in the U.S.
This new feature, part of the Service Hub module, allows customers to manage their customer service experience with a specific company. In practice, customers will be able to view and manage tickets, explore the knowledge base, and track all interactions with the company in a centralized location.
From the companies’ perspective, these portals can be customized with their branding (logo and brand colors).
Like the payments feature, the customer portals are also still in beta.
At the same time, HubSpot users will also have access to more customized templates for satisfaction surveys (NPS, CES, and CSAT).
After HubSpot announced the new Operations Hub in April 2021—which was initially available with Starter and Professional licenses—it will now also be available in the Enterprise version.
The main goal of the Operations Hub is to provide organizations with more specific needs in terms of data storage and communication witha more flexible tool that allows them to manage these processes seamlessly.
The Operations Hub Enterprise will include business intelligence (BI) tools called “datasets, ” contributing to greater speed and consistency in report creation and access to useful information for data-driven decision-making.
Having a testing environment is essential for experimenting and testing processes without impacting current workflows or the actual data stored in HubSpot.
For this reason, Enterprise customers will now have access to so-called “sandboxes”—test accounts where they can test workflows and integrations, build pages, or explore any other tools without affecting the customer experience.
Ensuring a consistently positive and frictionless customer experience is one of HubSpot’s top priorities. It is with this goal in mind that all these updates and improvements are frequently incorporated into the platform: so that the organizations using it are better positioned to provide increasingly relevant experiences to their customers.
For our part, as HubSpot Platinum Partners in Portugal, it’s always inspiring to be part of INBOUND and to closely follow the evolution of this powerful CRM platform.
