HubSpot, a CRM tool for businesses, was positioned by Gartner in the “Leaders” quadrant for B2B marketing automation platforms.
Gartner is a U.S.-based consulting firm that analyzes a company’s position within a specific market using what it calls the Magic Quadrant. This model consists of four quadrants: niche players, visionaries, challengers, and leaders.
With regard specifically to marketing automation platforms for the B2B segment, Gartner’s analysis takes into account vendors that support lead generation, lead management, tools such as lead scoring, and the development of lead nurturing tactics.
It was in this market that HubSpot was recognized in 2021 as a leading platform, alongside tools such as Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle, and Creatio.
HubSpot is a CRM platform consisting of modules for marketing, sales, customer service, and CMS. It therefore allows for the centralized management and development of marketing tactics (email marketing, landing pages, blogs, paid media campaigns, etc.); sales activities ( lead generation and sales follow-up via email, phone calls, meetings, tasks, etc.); customer service tools such as support tickets or satisfaction surveys; and website development based on a simple and intuitive CMS.
In recent years, this software has gained increasing prominence worldwide. This year, it even surpassed the 100,000-customer mark for paid licenses on the platform.
The tool’s ease of use is cited as one of its main strengths and is even considered one of its key differentiators compared to competing platforms. The learning curve associated with using HubSpot’s various modules is considered less steep than that of other software.
In addition, HubSpot offers a very robust set of resources that make it easy to get answers to questions at any time:
HubSpot has demonstrated a very deep understanding of the marketing automation market, with a value proposition that ultimately always centers on ensuring a positive customer experience.
HubSpot’s own growth in the marketing automation space has enabled it, in recent years, to attract organizations with increasingly larger revenue, which view the tool as a catalyst for scalable growth.
The final strength identified by Gartner relates to HubSpot’s partner ecosystem, in which the company has clearly invested.
When we talk about partners, we’re referring not only to marketing agencies —such as YouLead —that help many companies implement and subsequently use the tool—but also technology partners that provide numerous integrations with the platform (payment providers, analytics tools, sales tools, video tools, customer service tools, event and webinar tools, live chat tools, among many others).
At YouLead, we strongly believe in the value of HubSpot and the role this platform can play in driving your business’s growth. If you’d like to learn more, don’t hesitate to contact us!
